However, in the rare case that your choice of bedding proves to be incorrect, for any reason, BedExpress provides a 30-Day Test Rest, an after-the-sale service that actually allows you to exchange your original set for a more suitable one.
YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT TO FEEL THE MAXIMUM COMFORT YOUR NEW BED CAN PROVIDE FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS!!

Your body is accustomed to the feel and support (or lack of!) that your old mattress has provided. Your new mattress now provides a comfort and support in a totally different way that your body must adjust to. No one can adjust to a new mattress set in one night, with most taking longer than a week. This is why we stress that YOU MUST GIVE YOUR BODY ADEQUATE TIME TO ADJUST TO YOUR NEW MATTRESS in order to achieve the maximum comfort it can provide.
1 OR 2 NIGHTS IS JUST NOT ENOUGH, IT’S THAT SIMPLE!!

BedExpress offers Comfort Insurance to our customers. If you are not sure about the mattress being just right for you, get Comfort Insurance!
At the time of purchase, you can obtain insurance that will cover any additional fees if you decide that your original mattress is not the right one. Additional fees may include re-delivery fee, test rest fee, service fees, etc.
Don't worry! If you do not purchase the Comfort Insurance, BedExpress will still allow you to test rest your mattress at the standard rate.
