Mattress Sets

NOTE: Purchase represents acceptance of terms and conditions set forth 

 

Delivery: Our pricing on mattress sets "only" includes in-home "white glove" residential delivery, setup and removal of old bedding, in the Continental US only via Home Direct USA. Service to Alaska and Hawaii is not available at this time.

 

Lead Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks (estimated) from receipt of payment. Remote areas may take longer.

 

Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express verified with Authorize.net

 

Return/Cancellation Policy: All mattress and foundation sales are final - no cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges (except manufacturer defects resulting in warranty coverage).

 

Warranty: Mattresses and foundations are covered through the Simmons Company. Terms and length of warranty vary by model. Please read your warranty card for terms specific to your model.

 

Other:

  • Mattress set prices include mattress and foundation (set).
  • All sets include either a 9" high profile or a 5" low profile Triton Foundation unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices do not include sales tax (Bed Express is only responsible for collecting tax in the state of Vermont (6%). Tax declaration and payment is the sole responsibility of consumer.

 

Customer's Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the mattress set when it is delivered. Your signature on the shipping documents signifies that you are accepting receipt and that merchandise is in good condition. In the unlikely event that any damage is found, please refuse the shipment, not the damage on the shipping documents, and contact us immediately at (877) 331-4771.

Shipping Charges - USPS: All complete in-stock orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, (or sooner!) of receipt of your order. Longer lead-times are possible for items not in stock. All shipments are made using the United States Postal Service and will ship either First Class or Priority Mail.

 

Return Policy: All orders are hand-packed and carefully inspected prior to shipment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges (except manufacturer defects resulting in warranty coverage). In the unlikely event that your product arrives with a defect, please contact us by calling (877) 331-4771 within 48 hours of receipt of your order for instructions on receiving a replacement. All defective merchandise must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and per the instructions given by our customer service department - no exceptions.

 

Sales Tax: All orders shipped to the state of Vermont will be charged a 6% sales tax.
