White Glove Delivery

• Delivery Service is provided by Home Direct USA in association with Simmons Company. 

• From time of order, you should receive your mattress in about 2 to 3 weeks. (Remote areas may take longer).

• Service charge is $ 150.00 for up to 3 mattress sets. Additional mattresses sets will be an additional $ 50.00 per set.

• Service includes delivery, setup and removal of old bedding. Your mattress will be brought inside your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom. (Includes going up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent).

• You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery agent. Someone must be home to accept delivery.

• Other Items: Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Waterbed Accessories, etc. will be shipped separately through the USPS by First Class Mail or Priority Mail, and are not included or part of, White Glove Delivery in any way.
